Summary
本研究以反思性敘事分析探討大學生在生成式人工智慧(Generative AI, GAI) 普及下的學習經驗,試圖理解其如何影響學習動機、自我認知與教育現場互動。 研究材料來自某大學《人工智慧素養》課程學生的期末心得報告,這些文本兼具 自述與反思,能夠呈現學習者面對新興技術時的真實感受與調整策略。研究發現, GAI 促使學生重新定位學習工具的角色,增進資訊整合與效率,同時也培養了判 斷與批判性思維的需求。然而,學生亦展現出焦慮與無力感,包含對思考力與原 創性削弱的擔憂、對內容真偽與偏見的疑慮,以及在資訊過載下的壓力。這些結 果凸顯了 GAI 的雙重性:它既可能成為促進自主學習與思維深化的助力,也可 能因過度依賴而成為學習阻力。研究最後指出,教育者需在課程設計與評量上更 重視批判性素養與數位韌性的培養,並建議未來可透過多元樣本與混合方法,進 一步檢視不同背景學生的使用經驗與回應模式。
